Understanding the ORBSIS Platform

ORBSIS provides capabilities for managing business accounts, budgets, virtual cards, and transactions. It helps businesses allocate funds by department, project, or business need, control spending, and review payment records. SaaS and white-label platforms can connect to ORBSIS’s account, card issuance, and transaction capabilities, launching their own Enterprise Cards business quickly without building the underlying infrastructure. Their operations teams manage customers, review business verification, and follow up on business issues in the Operations Portal.

The Business Portal is for users who manage their own company funds and cards. The Operations Portal is for platform operations, finance, review, and risk-control teams. The menus and actions available to each user depend on account permissions and enabled services.

The Primary Account centrally manages company funds. Sub Accounts divide funds by business need. Budgets control card spending limits, and virtual cards are used for payments. A Budget is a limit-control layer, not an independent funding account. See Core Concepts for the relationships between these layers and their limit fields.
