Core Operations Portal Workflow

The Operations Portal is for SaaS and white-label platform operations, review, finance, and risk-control teams to manage customers and platform business. For first-time use, we recommend becoming familiar with the core features in the following order.

Process KYB Reviews

Find customers pending review, check their business information and verification materials, and complete the review according to the platform rules and account permissions. When additional materials are required, provide feedback to the customer using the method shown on the page.

Review Customer Product Configuration

Open the customer details and confirm the products and configurations enabled for the customer, including Top-up fees, cashback rules, card products, available card configurations, and activation status.

Product configuration affects the features available to the customer, billing methods, and the range of card applications. Before changing a configuration, confirm your permissions and complete the approval and record-keeping process required by the platform.

Review Customer Accounts

Find the target customer and review its Primary Account and Sub Accounts. Confirm the account status, currency, and funding position, and identify the account layer where the customer funds are held.

Review and Process Top Ups

Find the customer Top-up records and check the Top-up amount, arrival status, applicable fees, and processing status. Process records that require manual handling according to the platform workflow and account permissions to avoid duplicate postings.

Manage Budgets

Review the customer budgets and their associated Sub Accounts. Confirm the Budget Limit, Total Spent, and remaining Available Limit. When handling limit adjustments or spending exceptions, consider the account Available Balance and the amount of card limit already utilized.

Manage Cards

Find the target card and review its status, associated Budget, limit, and spending activity. Perform the card management actions supported on the page according to the customer need and account permissions, then confirm the result.

Review Transactions

Locate relevant records by customer, account, or card, and review the transaction amount, status, and details. During investigation, distinguish account fund movements from card purchase transactions and reconcile against the appropriate record.
