Account Access and Security

What should I do if I do not receive the email verification code?

Answer: First check your spam or junk folder and confirm that the email address is correct. Wait briefly and refresh your inbox. After requesting a new code, use the code in the latest email because older codes may have expired. If you still do not receive a code after several attempts, contact the Operations Portal team to check the email service and account status.

What should I do if I forget my password or want to change it?

Answer: If you forgot your password, use the “Forgot password” option on the sign-in page and reset it according to the email instructions. If you are already signed in, use the change-password option in Personal Settings. Do not send your password to anyone.

What should I do if my original email address can no longer receive verification codes?

Answer: If you can still sign in, update your email address in Personal Settings as instructed on the page and complete verification for the new address. If you can no longer sign in, contact an operations representative and request an email change after identity verification. Do not repeatedly use an old verification code or share your password, verification code, or recovery code with anyone.

Why does the page fail to open in a normal window but work in a private window?

Answer: This usually indicates an issue with the current browser environment, but it does not prove that the cache is the cause. Cache, cookies, extensions, site permissions, or a saved sign-in state can all cause page errors. Clear the site cache and cookies, disable extensions, sign in again, and test another browser. If the page cannot be accessed in multiple browsers and network environments, contact an administrator to check account permissions or service status.
